Frank
C. Bozeman, Jr. is a shareholder and senior counsel at Bozeman, Jenkins
& Matthews. Although he no longer works full time, he
brings
vast experience to the areas of medical malpractice defense, health
care
law, antitrust defense, employment discrimination claims, and general
civil and corporate practice.
Mr. Bozeman has the education of a true Southern gentleman, having
received his Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of the South
in 1955, followed by his Master of Arts from the University of Virginia
in 1956 and his Juris Doctor from Washington and Lee University in
1960. He is a member of the Virginia State Bar, as well as
the
Florida Bar, and he is admitted to the U.S. District Court, Northern
District of Florida and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh
District.
He is a member of various professional organizations, is listed in the
Martindale-Hubbell Register of Pre-Eminent Lawyers with and AV rating
and has served on the Board of Trustees f the University of the South.
Mr. Bozeman is an author and speaker on medical malpractice,
health care law topics, and trial practice, and currently has a
regularly published column on medical legal matters in the Escambia
County Medical Society Bulletin. |
