Frank C. Bozeman, III.

Frank C. Bozeman, III joined the firm as an associate attorney in 1995, and was made shareholder in January, 1998. Mr. Bozeman graduated from the University of the South in 1986 with academic distinction. After receiving his law degree from Cumberland School of Law in 1989, he worked with several different law firms before joining Bozeman, Jenkins & Matthews, P.A.
Mr. Bozeman practices civil litigation with an emphasis on defense of workers' compensation, and personal injury matters. Mr. Bozeman also focuses on real estate law, including residential and commercial closings, real estate development, title insurance and real estate litigation. He also handles formation of corporate entities, including partnerships, corporations and limited liability companies. Finally, Mr. Bozeman provides estate planning services, including preparation of trusts, wills, power of attorney documents, healthcare directives and living wills.
Mr. Bozeman is a Certified Circuit Court Mediator and is actively involved as a member of First Presbyterian Church, Boy Scouts of America and as a youth sports coach.
A member of the Florida Bar and the Alabama State Bar, Mr. Bozeman also serves on the board of Friends of 440, which awards scholarships to underprivileged childern. He is also a member of the Escambia/Santa Rosa County Bar Association and a title agent for Attorneys Title Insurance Fund and First American Title Insurance Company. |
