Jason B. Onacki

Jason
B. Onacki is a 1997 graduate of the University of New Hampshire where
he received a degree in Political Science, graduating magna cum laude
and being named a University Liberal Arts Student Fellow. In
2000, he received his law degree from the University of Maine School of
Law, where he attended on a New England Board of Higher Education
Scholarship. While attending law school, Jason served as a staff
editor for the Ocean Coastal Law Journal and worked for the general
counsel of an interstate utilities company. Jason has clerked
with state courts in Connecticut and Georgia as well as federal courts
in Georgia and Florida. His experience also includes work as an
associate with a litigation firm in Atlanta, Georgia where he handled a
variety of trial and appellate issues in multiple state and federal
jurisdictions.
Jason joined the firm as an associate in 2005. He is a member of
the State Bar of Georgia, the Florida Bar, the United States District
Courts for the Middle and Northern Districts of Georgia and the
Northern District of Florida, and the United States Court of Appeals
for the Eleventh Circuit. His practice includes litigation in
state and federal courts. |
