J. Andrew Talbert

J.
Andrew Talbert is a 1986 graduate of Wake Forest University where he
received a degree in Spanish with an emphasis in Latin American
studies. In 1989, he received his law degree from T.C.
Williams
School of Law at the University of Richmond where he was awarded the
American Jurisprudence award for excellent achievement in the study of
criminal law. Mr. Talbert served on active duty as a member
of
the United States Navy's Judge Advocate General Corps from 1989 through
1997. During that period of time, Mr. Talbert served as an
adjunct professor for Emory Riddle Aeronautical University.
He
continues to serve as a member of the United States Navy Reserve.
Mr. Talbert joined the firm as an associate attorney in 1997, and has
been a shareholder of the firm since 2000.
Mr. Talbert's practice emphasizes the defense of personal injury and
wrongful death, products liability, toxic torts and admiralty claims,
as well as all facets of civil trial litigation in both State and
Federal Courts. He is a member of the Florida Bar, the
Virginia
Bar, the U.S. District Court for the Northern and Middle Districts of
Florida, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Armed Forces. |
