| Raymond F. Higgins III |
Raymond
F. Higgins III is a 1979 graduate with distinction of the Virginia
Military Institute where he received a Bachelor of Science degree in
Physics/Chemistry. Upon completion of his undergraduate degree
program, he joined the United States Navy and served until 1994 as an
aviator achieving the rand of Lieutenant Commander. He graduated
with honors from the Florida State University of Law in 1998 earning
his Juris Doctor. While attending law school, Mr. Higgins worked
as an intern at Pine Tree Legal Assistance, Inc. in Bangor, Maine and
served as a summer clerk for the First Judicial Circuit Court in
Pensacola, Florida.
Upon his graduation from law school, Mr. Higgins joined Bozeman,
Jenkins & Matthews, P.A. as an associate attorney in 1998. He
is currently a member of the Florida Bar and is admitted to the U.S.
District Court, Northern District of Florida.
Mr. Higgins' areas of practice include general civil litigation with
emphasis in defense of personal injury matters, automobile negligence,
professional negligence, premises liability, products liability, and
commercial litigation including insurance coverage matters, real
property matters, and fire and casualty matters. |
