Shane M. Dean
 |
Shane M. Dean received his law degree, Cum Laude. from
Indiana University School of Law in Indianapolis, Indiana, where he was
a Harold R. Woodard Scholarship recipient and a member of the Moot
Court Team. Prior to law school Mr. Dean attended the University
of South Alabama where he received his Bachelor of Arts in criminal
justice and political science in 1998. He joined the firm as an
associate attorney in May of 2001 and was made shareholder in January
2006.
Mr. Dean's practice includes general civil litigation, with an emphasis
in the areas of personal injury and wrongful death, premises liability,
products liability, toxic torts, medical malpractice and commercial
litigation. He has had experience in representing both plaintiffs
and defendants in his areas of practice.
Mr. Dean is member of the Florida Bar, the United States District Court
for the Northern District of Florida and the United States 11th Circuit
Court of Appeals. He is also a member of the Florida Bar
Association, the American Bar Association, the Escambia/Santa Rosa
County Bar Association and the Association of trial Lawyers of American. |
