Thomas R. Jenkins

Mr. Jenkins specializes in defense of most areas of civil litigation. He is board certified by the Florida Bar in the field of civil trial law. Mostly, he represents corporate clients in defense of personal injury claims including claims based on negligence, products liability, premises liability and various intentional torts. Mr. Jenkins also handles commercial and construction litigation cases.
Mr. Jenkins is listed in the Martindale-Hubbell Register of Pre-Eminent lawyers with an AV rating. He is a member of both the Florida and Alabama Bar Associations, and he is admitted to practice in federal court in the Northern and Middle Districts of Florida and the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals. He is a member of the Escambia-Santa Rosa Bar Association and other professional organizations.
