Tricia H. Stafford

Tricia
Stafford has been an associate attorney of the firm since 2000 and
became shareholder in 2004. In 1992, she graduated with honors
from Emory University. She obtained her law degree in 1995 from
Florida State University. Prior to joining the firm, she worked
as an assistant State Attorney where she sat first chair in over 100
misdemeanor and felony trials. She also was an associate at Weiss
and Etkin, P.A. where her practice focused on legal ethics and
professional responsibility.
Ms. Stafford practices in the area of general civil litigation with an
emphasis on the defense of personal injury matters, including
automobile negligence, professional negligence, premises liability and
products liability. She also focuses on commercial litigation
including coverage matters, contractual disputes, and construction
litigation.
Ms. Stafford has been a member of the Florida Bar since 1995. She
is also a member of the U.S. District Court for the Southern and
Northern Districts of Florida and of the Escambia-Santa Rosa Bar
Association. She has co-authored a chapter in Florida Legal Ethics, a Florida Bar CLE manual and has been involved in the local chapter of American Inns of Court. |
